Worst doctor don't even know how to speak with patients

I was given an appointment of 7. I am waiting for the doctor for the past one hour. It's already 25 mins past doc's regular arrival time. There are patients of age group 60 n above waiting for him since I arrived here. Receptionist trying to contact him, but he is not picking up the phone. Being a Nephrologist, I think, doctor of his credentials should understand the importance of time and his awaiting patients and should take a bit more responsibility. Not good!!!
