Fraud service. 5 month back they charged me Rs. 800 and now they are charging Rs. 1500 for the same. And they don’t have valid reason for this. Absolutely fraud.

Never call this service centre for service related queries again.Worst LG service centre in the area and the staff that attends your complaints is very disrespectful and rude. LG definitely needs to recheck it's authenticity and dedication when it comes to providing it's customers with a proper and satisfactory service.Employee's of this service centre would literally be rated a zero for any repair related jobs they actually get paid for too.

Worst LG service centre ever.The employed staff here is way too rude and when you ask them to resend the technician that had visted your place to repair a LG product couple of days back as the job was not done properly,they bluntly reply saying "It was your responsibility to keep the technician number if you needed him again.We are not responsible for keeping the technician number with us and that is not our job". LG needs to shut this service centre down if this is the kinda of service these guys are going to provide and behave to its paying customers.

Absolutely ridiculous service and very very rude women attending customer complaints on the phone.Last service centre or person I would contact for a repair,shame on you @LGindia for hiring such hopeless bunch of people to do a job on your name.Definitely ruining your excellent reputation of your services for your products purchased by loyal customers
