There isn’t anything one wouldn’t like about this resort. Located in most scenic part of Rishikesh, Mahayana has well done rooms with all essential amenities. Staff is extremely well mannered and always willing to help. We were served with delicious food too. This resort is neat suited for family outings and I would highly recommend it. Mobile Network could be an issue, if that really matters to you even when on vacation.
Extremely rude staff & services. They take their property for granted & have ruined customer service. I don’t remember the exact name but Mr Pravin is an ill character who doesn’t deserve to be in the resort. He used foul language in front of my family just because my kid mistakenly threw a ball in the reception. He asked me to leave the resort - Just imagine. Your property is your asset, don’t ruin it with such cheap staffs. Not a place recommended for family or couples.
If you want to get a fantastic view from your hotel room, then this is the place to be at. Delicious food, friendly staff, amazing rooms. Worth visiting it.
I just stopped alone on the way to Neelkanth. My family dropped me there as I wasn't feeling so good. Amazing hospitality including refusal to charge me for tea. They check on me and let me just stay around. Great people! Great view!!
A very good place for family outings. Peaceful surroundings with good and hospitable staff. Location is excellent, away from crowd but close to river. You can get down and sit at the river back as the flow is very less and even small kids can enjoy. Rooms are a bit small but management has tried their best to make them as much space efficient as they can. Overall, a wonderful place to have some good quality time with family.
Worst ever experience with this resort Highly recommend to never visit here. Managers are very rude and illiterate no sense to talk to the visitors. Giving an instance of Mr. Praveen managing the resort their he literary abuse me cause I was early in check-in I was ready to pay the extra cost but still he denied the check-in & had to go back will never recommend any one to visit this resort. Pathetic Experience!!
