Visapur fort has it's importance specially for its surrounding safety wall (तटबंदी), it's damaged at many places but still make you realize how much strong and unbeatable at that point of time. Few of the monuments are still in good condition but main entrance is completely demolished :( Fort has quite a good plateau on the top and you need time and energy to view the fort completely. Many ponds (पाण्याचे टाकं) are available on the top but it's not drinkable but can be used for freshen up etc.

I love the place. The trail is a bit dodgy but it's fun to climb. The view is definitely worth it though

It's being told that fort has area of 350 acres though we could not see much other than water tanks and fortifications remains, but the fort have beautiful hike surrounded by jungle.. apart from this, lesser people comes to fort!!

This place is heaven but climbing to top is very difficult. People above 50 might face issue in climbing but try it. It is worth trekking. Ride slowly and carefully the ghats have very sharp turns. Do visit atleast once
