Firstly carry your own food if you are planning to go there. They don't have any shops near by. And secondly this place is FRIGGINNNN insane. You can see sunset and you can actually be in a peace. And it's a very safe place but it's better to be taken precautions as well.

Mind blowing place. Just amazing. Serene and picturesque. Tucked in midst of small hillocks with unique shapes. The lake behind is full of white flowers which smell heavenly in the month of February. The pleasant aroma pervaded in the whole area during Feb and March months.We visted in February end. The local collect these aromatic white flowers for making flower strings .Hard working locals earn their livelihood by selling floral strings. We went by cycle and had a thrilling experience. Simply loved it .
Beautiful place to see sunset and a fantastic place for Nature lovers. Very calm!
Must visit place. It's amazing and nearby Navi Mumbai. Road towards dam in perfect condition.
A nice escape point from Panvel city. The entry to the dam is restricted via gate, but you can go a bit ahead and find a spot to view the dam. The road is quite narrow with many blind spots , so need to be careful.
Had a good experience while going towards the dam.Roads are not too wide but smooth ride.Since we had gone quite early in the morning,there was quite a lot of morning walkers.Didnt get down towards the dam.but few miles before the dam site near temple Gadeshwar temple, we can put up few hours of leisure sitting in the water.The place is quite clean but have to careful while walking through the rocks as some are quite slippery.And please DON'T litter
Nice drive ! Scenic surroundings! Lovely flowing water with small rapids. Nice trails to walk. Time to visit: Early mornings just after the rains.
Best place for cycling. The place is surrounded with mountains. Best time to come here is in monsoon. Away from busy city life. Best place near Mumbai.
