M/s TPRS Glass have provided timely and most suitable solutions for social distancing needs in our Government Villupuram Medical College and hospital. Their team was very cooperative and innovative in designing the glass solutions despite certain operational constraints. They have done table counters, partitions, doors etc. with finely processed glass. They have taken into consideration our safety needs, psychological needs and convenience factors. The designs are aesthetically appealing and also reducing our stress levels as we are able to feel nearer to our patients while we also feel safely distanced in this Covid 19 Pandemic.
Good quality though I faced a small problem in delivery. I ordered for sand frosting but they delivered plain glass, they taken it back, and delivered in a week. Still there are some small errors in design which is not visible literally I request the department to focus on these issues. And one more problem I faced in delivery is, as this is my residence I don't have manpower to unload the glasses, it would be helpful if u send one or two helpers along with the driver., thank you
