Very close to sea Beach.. Big place for parking... Clear and fantastic Place..
Situated at Mandarmani main beach. This is a much cleaner beach than Digha. Hotels and resorts are available nearby. Public restrooms are available at that place. A small local market for local arts and crafts is situated at the same place. This is the only shopping centre at mandarmani. The beach has several recreational facilities like horse riding, toy cars and other sports activities. You can also enjoy some amazing Street foods here. Sea foods are specially famous in these beaches. Deep fried fish and crabs are must try. To reach this place you can travel via train to Digha FS station and then hire a local cab. You can also travel via bus towards Digha and get down at chaulkhola bus stop. Auto and rented cars are available from chaulkhola as well to reach this place. Cars or auto doesn't take more than 20 minutes to reach this place from chaulkhola. A rented auto would cost you around 200/ bucks. Resorts at Mandarmani are generally available but if you are traveling during high time it's recommended to book your stay before hand.

Need a proper bus stand in the area. No sitting place. No washroom.
This is not a full fledged bus stand like Digha bus stand. Only one bus arrives from Kolkata every day and returns in some time. Few tourist buses are parked in the vicinity. It requires a great lot of improvement.
Niceparking space and full of stalls to get anything.
It was a good visit...if you want a respite from daily life, it's one of the best places to visit near Kolkata...we went by car and it took around 4 hours...at the moment there are road constructions going on so it takes a bit more time.. And the parking zone is really close to the beach and you do not have to walk more than a minute to go to the beach. Anyways, the beach was really good, and then there is a small market place near the beach so that you can buy clothes before going to the beach, for men: you do not have to take extra clothes from home. It's recommendable that you go with friends or family...you'll have a good time. You can sit in a shack in the afternoon and during the evening you can even experience the serenity of the sunset... You can also experience carb delicaies if you want to...you'll leave the place satisfied and afresh for work...
