Disappointed is the word to describe their service. Me and two of my friends had given material here. They took more than three weeks for a simple kurti to be stitched. And the end product was not at all how we wanted it. The other two materials, the fitting was not proper and we had to go three times , and each time the fitting was still not fine. Extremely disappointed.

An elegant looking place located at the heart of the city. But the kind of service provided isn’t up to the mark. I gave 2 of my wedding sarees( and blouses) for stitching as this place recommended to me by someone. I was promised that I would be getting them after one month from that day. Since I went there with a “recommendation”, I was told I’d be getting a special privilege and that I needn’t worry about the stitching. The process of selecting a design of your choice is really nice here. They have big tv screens where they show different designs from which u can select one. Staff is polite and nice to talk to. But the main thing- neatness in the stitching and giving them in a timely fashion aren’t seen! After 2 months and endless phone calls, the date of delivery was postponed 4 times, each time saying “this time we’ll surely give it to you”. And finally when I got it on one fine day, it wasn’t like how I had asked. A very plain and simple design was done after taking all the time in the world! I had to ask them to redo it later.
