मैं lockdown के चलते बहोत परेशान था हर वक्त एक टेंशन रेहती थी अगर जॉब चली गयी तो क्या होगा? बहोत डिप्रेस्ड था सोच सोच के साथमे मेरी anxiety भी बढ़ रही थी मुझे लगा की मुझे एक्सपर्ट की काउन्सलिंग की जरुरत है फिर मैंने गूगल पे सर्च किया बेस्ट काउंसलर के लिए मुझे डॉ. सुकुमार मुंजे जी के क्लिनिक का no मिला मैंने कॉल करके सर से अपॉइंटमेंट फिक्स किया जब मैं सर से मिला बहोत ही रिलैक्स फील कर रहा था उन्होंने मेरी तकलीफ समझी और मुझे कुछ सेशन करने कहा मैंने जैसे ही सेशन शुरू किये, मुझे बहोत बेटर महसूस हुआ मेरी चिंता कम होगयी और मै पहले से भी ज्यादा कॉंफिडेंट महसूस कर रहा हु मुझे इस परिस्थितिसे बहार निकालने के लिए आपका बहोत बहोत धन्यवाद सर थैंक यू डॉ. सुकुमार मुंजे & मनप्रवाह टीम
