Exceptional service. They were very helpful in guiding me to the right product and didn't hesitate to assist me, despite me taking time to arrive at a decision. They had multiple options from different brands for all products i needed for my clinic. Totally satisfied! Only issue is they are situated in a street that gets busy and parking is a little challenge. Even then 5 on 5 for the experience!

I urgently required a hospital type bed on a Sunday for my mother who was to be discharged from hospital. I tried calling several shops in net and all said they were closed. That's when I called Mediplus, the person on phone was nice enough to hear me and was willing to help me out upon on hearing my situation. They delivered the cot to my house and set it up in no time despite it being a holiday. They were reluctant to take delivery or fitting charge despite my father's insistence. The shop has extremely friendly employees who adhere to your needs. I didn't have to spend much time for the medical equipments as the staff were quite efficient in handling the queue. In case the equipment that you require isn't distributed in the shop, you can place a request to procure the same at no additional cost. Extremely happy with the experience and hoping that the is successful in springing up more branches.
