Lovely and beautiful location. But maintenance is not up to the mark. Rooms are ok compared to the price. It would be much appreciated if the surroundings are maintained well. Also reaching the location is bit difficult. Very narrow road, and there is hardly no space to give side of any vehicle comes in opposite direction. And the main thing is the route shown in Google maps will take you to a pedestrian route at the end. So it's always better to get the actual direction from resort staff
Really loved the place... Best place for gettogether with friends or a holiday with family . Best chill-out place in kumbalangi.

A nice place at Kumbalangi to spend time with family and friends. You have to book in advance for getting there. There is morning (10am-4pm) and evening (4-10pm) package available. The place is decent enough with good rooms and outing area. There is a small ground where they provide ball to play. Also there is a half an hour boating included in the package. Food were all good and tasty. Still there is a lot more scope for improvement..
Very unprofessional staffs.. unclean circumstances.. Dirty water around the premises.. Mentality of staffs to the guest is very bad.. Dirty yard. No properties providing for self cooking..
Rooms and other facilities need to be improved. Road accessibility is very limited. Food quality and taste should be improved. Ok for a small group get together. But spacious outdoor area is there to accommodate many people but indoor activity area is limited
Its a bit tough to reach here as the road is bit muddy especially during the rainy season. However, the location is good. It has a good lake view. They have option activity of boating. You can play football / cricket etc as well.
