Worst experiance....Dont book this oyo hotel for your safe landing in Hyderabad.I have booked 2 rooms for 3 days (8,9,10/2020). 7th evening i confirmed regarding early check in..I reached there by 7.30 and there is no rooms available..Even my booked rooms itself is not available on 11.00pm..poor services by oyo and serene Homes In with my family of 5 person...Its being wasted my 4 hours by having a talk with the oyo guy...at last i got a room in rainbow saphaire(a lodge by oyo) with an extra payment of 2500.
