Service team told me that they would get back to me about the spares which they don’t have and till now even after my continuous follow up, they don’t even bother to provide proper response. They don’t even responding calls too.. never seen such weird behaviour from any service centre in my 9 years Ford experience. Their store in charge is always on leave.. what a service centre. I think their manage too doesn’t bother about service except sales. I was happy when I came to know ford service is available Bhimavaram but it seems Rajamandry one is much reliable even it is far from my place.

I had a worst experience with this showroom. I have ordered a spare part for my Ford Ecosport vehicle in July this year but till now I have not got the spare part. After placing the order I had frequently followed up with the concerned person (Surrendra), even then they had given the spare part to some other customer. I have asked them to place the order again for the spare part on 22nd October, till now there is no response from their side. I have no option otherthan approaching some other showroom.
Service is very good.Need to build own ford showroom as soon as possible is my suggestion. Due to lockdown my free service missed 4 four months. Thank you MN there did the free service.
I've booked for a test drive 2 days ago. Still no one turned up and acknowledged about it. I wanted to go for Titanium Ecosport. Is this what you people do reaching a customer...??
I was worried about many things because they wouldn't be having my car service history but none of it mattered because they dealt with my car problems as fresh. But they resolved it professionally
