Hello, I hired the Modi's service for marriage purpose to travel Uttarakhand. I cancelled my other bus service coz of confidence shown to me by them. To start with I looked at their top bus and I was convinced that their other buses will be same, which was not the case. It was my engagement day and time for engagement was 6:00 p.m. The bus was suppose to take the start at 8:00 a.m, for which bus never arrived. Bus arrived at 12:00 P.M. I was constantly calling them I was assured that bus will arrive early from the promised time, which never happened. Then there was no thermometer, sanitizer in the bus. As promised, sound system and Tv screen were also missing. This bus was no where close to the bus I inspected. I entered Uttarakhand at 8:00 and reached on my engagement venue at 9:00 P.M. which caused a lot of disturbance to the guests and no one attended it as half of them left and one who arrived with me were tired and restless. I was very upset due to all this as the hotel was empty by that point of time. While coming back I was facing network issue due to which I asked them if I can pay them 8k once I reach home and was giving whole sum of amount in cash to the bus driver. 8k was like 20% of whole amount. But these people threatened me if i DON'T PAY whole amount by 3:00 they will stop the bus in between. So for that reason I, who got married, in my sherwaani was roaming on road to get the internet network!!! It took me 13 stops to get the good network to pay only 8k for their convenience. This is my experience with them. Poor Service, threatened to stop the bus, roamed on road on my wedding day, no music, dirty bus and straight 4 hours delay. Everything was ruined, we had to listen from our guests!! It was insulting and for 8k they were ready to get us insulted more by stopping the bus!

Modi transport bahut hi bekar service de raha hai, Bus with NO RC, NO BUS FITNESS CERTIFICATE, Driver k pass license bhi nahi hai and We booked Volvo bus they give us normal roadways bus, with un balancing seats, they are unprofessional in his business, they care for money not travelers. Only one thing I want to say if you book Modi Transport you risk your life.

Modi transport has vary unprofessionally, Bus Owner has careless attitude, He abused talk to the people and Bus owner said money matter for me not people. We face 3 accidents in there only because of the owner of the bus he guide to take this bus in hills Please save your life in travels and Avoid Modi transport
