#MrHomecare turns out to be #MrNightmare. The worst #cleaningservice in Mumbai. Extremely unprofessional, unpunctual, did not deliver what was promised, as good as not cleaned after completing the job, zero customer service, no coordination between sales and operations teams.. the list is endless. After paying a substantial amount to get my home "professionally" cleaned, I feel cheated with what is delivered. They worked on 50% of my home amd probably delivered 10% of what was promised, after which I asked them to leave as I was recleaning/rearranging everything myself after they were done. And its not only about money, its the time, planning and effort put in by us inspite of hiring a team to do the needful. Disgusted of businesses these days trying to scam customers for a quick buck. I had paid a 100% advance for their services not sure if I will be getting my money back as promised! I tried asking to speak to the owner Rushab Arora, but they did not entertain that request either. Not really sure if the owners know what is going on with their business. #MrHomecare you should be ashamed of yourself.

Thank you for providing excellent service in a professional manner. From scheduling the appointment to confirmation to execution, I was impressed with your team. The cleaning team was punctual. They worked quietly and efficiently to do a good job. The work took longer than I expected and there were a few hiccups when the floor cleaning machine was not able to run on the domestic electric supply however your team somehow managed to get it to run and finished the job well.

The staff was punctual. They could do with more attention to detail. Good customer service though. Have used their cleaning service and A/C repair service and will definitely do so again. They do as professional a job as possible.

From good to poor. First time I got deep cleaning done from them, when I had not moved in a new house. The experience was superb. So I went for a 4 hours express cleaning service 2 months later. What happened: A. They didn't come with required stuff (cleaning and covering stuff) B. They sent women team to do heavy pushing and clean work (10 seater sofa vacuum) C. People who came didn't know what services they needed to do. It is sad to see how a good service company can reduce their quality of work so much & so quickly. With the change in name (from hammer and mop) their quality/attention to work has also changed. Please note they are very freaky about cancellation charges and their are no provisions for re-scheduling. We were stuck with some bad luck when the team was not allowed to enter the building on Sunday. We still had to pay 1000 bucks for just re-scheduling.

Pathetic Pathetic Service. Unprofessional people. The guys schedule an appointment at one particular time and will arrive at your place at some other time. The management consist of bunch of illiterate guys who have no clue about the time a service takes to complete. They have absolutely no co-ordination amongst them. Our whole day was wasted because of a silly mistake from them which they realised after we complained. was supposed to arrive at 12pm. came at 3pm. They dont care about anything. Hopeless.

Not at all happy with the team sent over to my place. I had opted for extensive deep cleaning but the cleaning was no where near. The team except for 1 or max 2 seemed to be amateurs or not interested in their jobs. Except for the window cleaning nothing else was done properly. 1. On casually checking one of the cabinet, found it was not cleaned and the supervisor said it was one of a case. When the other cabinet was checked, same thing, it was not cleaned. Before the team left we showed them one more kitchen cabinet which was not cleaned. 2. We were told that the things would be kept as it was before but no. It was just dumped inside the cabinet. Now I have to spend time to clean and tidy it up. Money plus efforts wasted. 3. They broke our soap holder. 4. While dusting the walls and ceilings, didn't even bother to cover the furniture with a cloth. 5. While mopping they didn't cover the area under the table. 6. In my kitchen, they used the same cloth for wiping the floor and the counter top. 7. Only equipment they had carried was scotch Brite, few unclean clothes, a vacuum cleaner and the wiper for cleaning windows, that too for an . For cleaning a corner in my bathroom, they had to use a scotch Brite with a broken hanger(used for drying clothes). Inspire of telling him not to use the vacuum cleaner on my sofa, he seemed to be adamant and did it. 8.... The list is endless. This is not the 'professional service' expected. But rest assured, I have made full payment of 12,600 rupees even for this shoddy work.

Used their services in Pune & it was terrible. Their charges are exorbitant & not in keeping with other agencies. The "supposed" staff were not in uniform & unkempt. It seemed to be an outsourced rubbish agency. It was very apparent that they were untrained, had no idea how to clean & what was disgusting that no hygiene was maintained. Cloths used inside the toilet bowl were being used to wipe other furniture & wash basins etc. The cleaning materials used were substandard & left marks on everything. They smashed one of our tables & didn't even bother picking up the glass. They were also clicking selfies inside the house. They arrived late and left without completing their work. The office staff were not up to the mark as well. Overall very unprofessional & clearly interested only in making money. Not worth paying so much more & not worth the stress.
