Worst experience. Whenever I complaint regarding to time, reply from d I.e. train also late. Regarding light in compartment. Also eronously replied. Linen n blankets r not providing is r8 as per covid-19 situation but the gallery is full with passenger n their answer to share d photos stately.
One of my worst experiences with MR trvles there is not safety no precursors. They people drive bus like local travelers. Atleast do some respect to your passengers
Wrost bus experience I ever had in my life. No covid guidelines. No AC. No bedsheet. No water. No wifi. Nothing was there by which we can say satisfactory.
Very bed Bicoz staf attitude is not good
Not that good. The bus is in bad condition & the seats are not that comfortable. Don't even think about the cleanliness. Too Much Dust, No Charging points.
Bus is good service is also good but they keep on getting more and more passanger in the bus gallery which made journey a bit uncomfortable
Worst journey ever......Charged 900 for sleeper seat and wasn't worth a 100, Bus packed with loads of people sleeping on the ground where passengers should pass for the seats no place for keeping a foot forward to pass, people already sleeping on my seat and when asked to leave he stepped out with his shoes on the place where I was going to sleep, bad odour in the bus, reaching on time doesn't mean anything for this bus besides people waiting for hours , Worst bus,worst service, staff drunk and seated in the office, no answers for my queries because they were busy drinking alcohol.....if any one thinks I am wrong or can correct me I'm open for answers....
