These guys take 20-25 minutes to process card payment - our company bus gets regularly delayed. Don't know what takes so long. Free air service was not available the last 2 times I visited in Aug-Sept 2020. It is available now.

Fuel filled at the pump on 2nd Feb. When asked for hand written receipt I was told that it will take lots of time. When asked for printed receipt attendant gave me small printed receipt from the pump which did not mention pump address no logo. I also asked for cleaning of wind shield I was given reason that there is staff shift change and no staff is available. Was expecting good service if I'm paying premium.

Not provided fuel for medical emergency in lock down period on the name of police restrictions and staff is issuing illegally fuel late night to their friends. That day I got fuel at kothrud pump in front of on duty police without any pass and very easily. Pump is not as per other shell pumps like free air, windshield cleaning, oil check up, staff only interested to say namaste and come down from bike. Every time staff for air filling is not on place, Always ask for cash use of swipe machine avoided, No windshield cleaning person, No wiper water available, Some time check oil level for their earning through oil sale, They are only intrested to earning activities like sale of perfumes, feeshners etc. Very pathetic experience
