If you have the required documents in place, your new connection should be processed without any hassle. If they give you a slip keep it safe if you miss it don't forget to carry another Aadhar card copy :D as proof of identity once again.

WORST SERVICE!!!! Anybody wanting to get their gas register under anjali gas service, please don't do it. The person who had come to delivery gas, was arrogant. And his manager is also useless. In their whole gas delivering team only this person has decided of his own to stop giving delivery at door saying reason of Corona virus. He take decision of his own, and his manager also supports him. Last time I really got angry and made a police complaint, but still no change in his attitude. This people take customers for granted as they have already got good customer base. They don't bother about customer service. Now switching gas service agency is best option to get rid of such irritating people. I wish there would have option for zero star. I don't even want to give them 1 star.

Worst service and staff... Just due to they were having some work they have asked me to visit in second half and get our own vehicle I found that the the delivery vehicle has delivered the cylinders in our premises mean while.....means just because they didn't proceed my request in first half I would hv to arrange personal vehicle . Again the busy staff were making video call on their phones and they felt annoyed as I have disturbed them while making an enquiries. Thanks to such ridiculous service staff. The service person charges more money by showing flames coming out from the knob of gas stove to the old people's at our home.

Horrible service. Staff is always an hour late in morning. Need to waste time waiting for these unprofessional fools. Calls are never answered, nor the delivery is on time. Also I witnessed one the incident while I was doing registration - Unemphatic behavior with senior citizen who didn't know to fill form. Staff is ruthless. Can't expect in-time service.

Very fast and quick service. The staff is polite and helpful and they help even if it's holiday if there is any emergency, since I have had an emergency once, and I got hold of their owner over the phone. He sent a technician at my place immediately even when he was out of town and ensured my problem was solved. He even called back to check that. So I would recommend this place for sure if you are looking for a new gas connection or want to switch. Happy cooking :)

Cylinder giving person purposely doesn't bring the change because rest money they want to keep in their pockets this should not happen anjali gas agency please do something this has happened with me plus they doesn't speak nicely please trained them humble request
