Disappointing does not even good enough to describe my experience. I ordered a red ruffle saree for my engagement from Arpita Mehta Studio. The saree was delivered crumpled and just thrown into a bag inspite of being told that it would be given on a coat hanger. There are several gaps in terms of the print not being even all over the saree. Within the cancan there are random piece of scrap stuck. Overall poor garment finish and quality. The saree is also running colour. What's worse is their lack of customer service. They didn't even care to respond to my messages. On the day of my engagement, half way through the ceremony the blouse strap snapped! The Saree is also running colour. This has by far been the worst designer experience.
