Arti and I started working together for my diagnosis of Borderline Personality Disorder and Major Depression along with Anxiety on December 14, 2020. Arti has been the first therapist I have stuck to constantly for such a long time. She is a patient listener and empathetic. She allows herself to be seen through the process and cheers you on small achievements. She will also share with you articles and books and information you ask for, so you are there for yourself. She can reschedule here and there, but makes sure to inform you so you don't go in a frenzy. She is kind and funny. She helps you help yourself. She explains the reasons, and the logic and does not shove standard treatments down your throat. She does not judge, has not yet and she opens possibilities. Now I am sounding like an Arti fan, but she is therapist I have been able to stick for a while.
