Awesome service and experience with Beats99! Deepak is very responsive, and knowledgeable - I had chosen a set of speakers for my living room and he actually took the time to review my choice and suggest other/better options. Despite the covid situation, he managed to deliver in reasonable time and always kept me updated. Transparent, fair and honest!

The Disinterested owner was just arguing with someone on the phone and that wasn't the worst part. I witnessed the guy trying to scam someone for 700 rupees for a trivial repair which could be easily done at home for free. Edit: I can say that you are the most ignorant owner ever. Your job is to provide assistance to the customer and not to scam them and it's not my job to help another customer. Whatever I have written is based off of what I have witnessed. Maybe if you were more sincere to your job (which involves acknowledging criticism), maybe you'll have more customers and business. Edit 2(reply to owner): Do not comment without understanding the situation? I think I've understood loud and clear. Denying my review will not change anything.
Worst shop. Owner is not co operative and is rude. Huge disappointment. This store should be closed.

I went to Beats 99 for a simple guitar repair job. It was not a very valuable guitar but it had a lot of sentimental value for me. They charged me 25% the price of the guitar just to fix the bridge which I paid thinking at least they will do a good job. I was told the guitar will good as new, problem will not occur for years as they will fully service. I was told a time of 3 days for this. Repeated calls, 2 personal visits for followup and 45 (yes - forty five!) days later, I have collected my guitar yesterday. the case is soiled, the bridge is fixed crocked and the crack has already re appeared. As a musician I find I play best when I have peace of mind. When you buy your musical instruments from beats 99, please consider that you are risking your precious calm and ofcourse your money.
I ordered a Fender Mustang V2 guitar amplifier from here and my experience makes me draw a few conclusions: 1. No communication (You will have to repeatedly followup at your time and expense) 2. Zero empathy towards customer time 3. False commitments 4. Least interested (Seems like its not the owners main business and is doing it for "Timepass" I finally cancelled my order and to retrieve the advance money paid for the order i was made to wait 1 hour as the shop did not have cash (Rs. 1500/-). Infact initially they said owner is not there so comeback after 3 - 4 days. I had to put my foot down. So after the two years of reviews I see below. Looks like they have not changed at all.
