Very poor customer handling skills. The staff doesn't seem to be bothered about the visiting customer. Everyone seems to be doing their own thing. It is very disappointing to see such a big mutual fund company not able to attend the customers. If anyone wants to invest through them, I would not recommend visiting this branch or may be any other branch. I recommend going through a distributor or an agent.

I had a hazy mage of 'worst customer service' in my mind until I visited this branch and found that live in action. Irresponsible staff, rude unprofessional behaviour, poor listening/comprehension skills, zero accountability - you will witness all of this at one place in abundance. It is tough for anyone to match poor service standards of the reception staff. Ironically she has made me visit the branch twice because of her inaction and unsurprisingly her response was equally bad the second time as well. She has mastered the art of annoying customers through various means. Recommend someone to visit this branch if you have to settle a score with him/her.

Fail to understand how irresponsible these people can be. Cant even fill a form in a right manner, Narendra from mutual funds looks retarded every time you ask him something, rude and worst team. Contact them only if you want to waste your time.

Very sordid state of affairs prevailing in customer relations dept in responding to customer's grievances. Irresponsible and unreasonable imposition of their own criteria,in clear contradiction of regulatory stipulation. Insisting on unwarranted paper work, demanding IPV ( in-person verification ) for minimal signature deviation, withholding unclaimed dividend warrants for flimsy reason. These company has flounted normal compliance criteria to impose their own stricter norms. ( whereas govt of india permits self attested copy of PAN or Aadhar card, these people reject these insisting that these be additionally attested by Bank Authorities.
