I had a very good feeling about capital foods until this happened recently. Not that i wanna take down capital food's reputation or something. How could such a huge food processing giant miss sauce maker in a pack of noodles? Is it not being irresponsible? Maybe something else could creep into the pack the next time i buy it or maybe i could get the pack filled with gas as a surprise. Do, i have to stop looking at capital food products when i am in a departmental store? The toll free number and the 022 line which is mentioned in the website and on all capital food products doesn't work at all, its so frustrating. Why do you wanna mention a line when you already know that you are not open to feedback. I am still waiting to be contacted by Capital foods to let me know how could this happen since i paid money for the product. Its a EPIC failure.

Today morning i have purchased hakka noodles packet and look what i have found worms in side the noodles.this is really pathetic quality of your product, i had purchased it for my little daughter.it was not even expired product.also when i had called customer care but no one bothered to pick up the phone.hence no option i have to post it on social Media.

Dont ever use chings masala in your food.2days back i used their veg manchurian masala for making the curry and wen i started eating it ,i found a snail kind insect in it.i rushed and vomited .I am trying calling their customer care but that number does not work.i even have the pictures of it.i will contact the consumer court for it and will post pictures on social media. i would suggest everyone dont ever use anythng of chings.they are cheaters and making us eat unhealthy and unhygienic food.
