In September 2019 I was in Mumbai in a hotel due to delayed flight and when I turned on my laptop for some work I noticed a severe problem which I had ignored earlier thinking the battery must be low or some temporary problem. It took 10-15 attempts to turn on the laptop and I was scared it would go dead any moment. I just had 3-4 hours and needed it repaired urgently. Checked google and other sites and called many nearby computer repair shops and all turned me away saying it's not possible to repair in such less time. Moreover, it was Muharram that day, so many shops were closed. I called Chavda Enterprise with even less time remaining and he did not say no, and said he will try his best to repair it in the given time. That was a sigh of relief. He collected my laptop from the hotel, repaired it and returned it to me at the hotel right on time, he was a savior. He is humble, dedicated, technically sound and definitely an optimist. Mainly, he did not turn me down when I was really stressed about getting my laptop repaired urgently; it being repaired was the icing on the cake.
