We took our pet only for an x-ray as our personal vet recommend the place and had asked us to get an x-ray from crown's coz its open 24*7but they have charged for the consultantion even after informing the pet has been diagnosed already by our vet just few mins back but still just to check the Temperature they charged us 1k and after physical checkup the vet concluded nothing is to b worried about but still proceeded with the x-ray and charged us for that too....and the worst part is people have recommended this hospital for the best services I wonder about the unprofessionalism and no valid explaination for the charges they have asked us to pay

One of the best pet clinics in Bombay hands down. I have been going here for a year now and my experience with them has always been good. Very caring and professional vets who explain the issues very well. Swift diagnostic results is another plus point, you don't have to wait for a day for some test results like in other clinics in Bombay. Would always recommend. Wish they had a clinic in Powai though, that would be great
