This store is pathetic . I don't understand why such a huge brand don't have proper sales staff. What do they think of themselves ? Are they giving curtains for free ? The sales guy was continously staring at me and my aged mom. Seriously we all should ban D Decor stores in India then only they will understand the importance of customer . We all customer should start online campaign to ban this company. No one has written any good reviews about their store. I remember the store which they had in inorbit Malad had such horrible sales lady and manager who just roams here and there in suit . Terrible experience with the worst lot of Sales team. The sales team does not understand time commitment. Strictly a big NO for this D Decor. The company does have lovely products but this branch provides terrible customer experience.

Extremely bad experience at D'Decor Andheri store. If you are considering D,Decor, please AVOID the Andheri store at any cost - you can try the Bandra store which has better staff. The Andheri store staff lack professionalism, are not flexible to customer needs, have ZERO time commitment - one of the worst bunch of sales people that we have interacted with. Hope no one faces the experience that we have faced.
Please dont visit the Andheri store of D'Decor. They are as customer unfriendly as possible. They harass their customers..they will commit something and will most definitely fail to live upto the commitment. My friend had a horrible experience with this store and the employees here are extremely unprofessional.
