I had sent my person to buy a half kg belgium choclate cake. Your person gave a half kg cake but charged for 1kg. When i sent my person to take the the refund he was not ready to accept his mistake.Please look onto this matter. Your cakes are very good and i am a regular client but the staff is not at all cooperative. Lastly he accepted his mistake but the persons tone was very rude and instead of giving 800 as refund he gave 100rs less and gave only 700..i i had to send my person again. This was the worst experience i have ever had with deliciae. You have lost a loyal client because of your staff. This happened in your khar danda outlet. The manager was not at all supportive n also was rude.
