Useless Staff at Andheri branch.... the person communicating Shub**m was informed clearly but still made mistake on invoice and then said it is not my job rudely. Second time, he took a long time for getting a simple document, when asked why such delay, again he said its not my job. Then When I asked my friend what is your job ? He rudely says - are you paying me salary ? why would I tell you.. it shows how badly they need to train their staff on how to communicate with clients.
