She's horrible in diagnosis and treatment. My puppy had parvo, she treated him for 2days and told me to hospitalise because she's not open on Sundays. When I took him to the hospital on Sunday and gave them her prescription which mentioned the meds she gave, the first thing that doctor told me is who gave her license. Apparently she did not gave the proper meds that was necessary in that state. He immediately gave him injections and saline and the puppy who had not eaten or even walked since 3days, started running around and eating food. Unfortunately we lost the puppy the next day because he didn't receive timely proper treatment. Only if she would have given proper treatment, the puppy would have survived!!! Please don't visit her for emergency treatment...

Dr Fernaz is an amazing doctor. Very patient, very compassionate. We had 4 street pups outside our office in MIDC Marol. We took them to Dr Fernaz. She explained the entire process of vaccination and when they should be spayed or neutered. She gave us a scientific explanation for each procedure. And our mutts love her! When have you seen a doing get excited to see a vet! Both Gabbar & Rocky love her

Dr. Fernaz is a fabulous vet, experienced and very friendly. She loves my pet like her own. The clinic is very clean and well maintained. The helper boys are polite & handle the pets with love & care. Definitely recommended

I have been visiting Farnaz for about 2 years now for both my dogs and her treatment has worked like magic. My dogs get better each time in no time. I must also point out (bcz of some reviews I have read) she is not money oriented at all. Now she will charge you a fee like any professional would but she has genuine compassion for animals. There have been several times she has helped an ailing stray animal for no money. And if we believe animals can sense safe people then it may help to feel comfortable that my dog runs straight to her the moment he is there. She is a very good doctor in short.

He is an unprofessional dr yesterday a girl visited with a stray puppy he was asking for paper your first question should be he is a home pet or stray if he is a stray puppy how will he have papers and more over since there paper wasn't available he didn't even treated the puppy, being a dr he was so rude and disrespectful

Professional And Friendly Approach, Pets Are Treated Like Children And Cared For Well By All Caretakers In The Dispensary, The Doctor Is Resourceful And Well Versed In The Doctrine. My Furry Child Is Never In Pain After A Shot And Playful As Always. I Can Vouch For The Home Like Clinic Personally.

Dr. Fernaz has a very negative vibe towards the dog. She passes strong judgements against my dog and has never had a friendly approach towards the dog. Her staff also doesn't make the dog comfortable. She never picks the calls and she prefers messaging but doesn't do that also. I've been going to the doctor since an adoption agency recommended however I don't understand how can they even recommend her. She has highly rude demeanor. I've change my doctor for the better.
