I ordered red roses and plant for my fiancé on her birthday. The delivery guy calls the number to ask the address and ruins the surprise. Why does he need to call when he has address already been provided to him. He is the delivery guy, it’s his job duty to find the home. This is utter unprofessional. I’m never gonna do business with ferns n petals in future. I wish I could rate 0 star.

The cake was ordered and was supposed to be delivered at a specific time and was charged extra for that. The cake did not come on time. The card was not delivered too. The quality of the cake was not good too. The only good aspect was the photograph used to customise the cake was done perfectly. Will be reluctant to order the next time from Ferns and Petals.

The worst service ever. Not delivered the day it was supposed to be delivered. They give the delivery time from 8am to 3pm and expect people to be at home for 8 hours. They don't liaise regarding the delivery to arrange a suitable time but do it at their convenience. After one attempt they give up and postpone it for the next day! Will never use their services again or will not recommend it to anyone!
