*****PLEASE BE CAUTIONED****** My mother is a 71 year old pensioner and the EYENATION staff at Borivali west L.T road shop has her just sold her replacement prescription glasses for 69,000 thousand, it’s most of her lifetime savings. As her son, I demanded for a refund within a few hours of 50% payment made but the shop has refused a refund and instead wants my mother to select an alternative glasses worth 35k. I heard this is owned by TaTa and why I’m surprised with their code of conduct to old age pensioners and consumer rights. She’s vulnerable pensioner and should have standard consumer rights towards a refund for a product not yet delivered and reported within few hours. This is simply unacceptable EYENATION. I promise this will go everywhere on social media. This behavior needs to change now.

This place is near to borivali station west opposite of OM jewellers. They provide good service. Rates are high but it is worth spending money. There are variety of frames and also they suggest you the lens as per our choice. Best part is digital checkup to see the change in number. Personally my parents loved the service and specs they are using now is more comfortable than the previously used one.
