This was my second purchase from the store, this time for contact lenses. The customer service is extremely good. Their friendly optometrist helped me through the process and helped me pick my lenses since I had never worn contact lenses before and believe me, she was so patient and helpful, she provided multiple trials to get comfortable with the lenses and explained me at length how to wear them . The staff at the store is really helpful too. I’d hands down recommend the store for your optic needs, they offer the best services and great prices as well.

Three generations of my family have been loyal customers of Gerard Opticians. My grandfather in the 70's, my father in the 90's, and now recently myself after I turned 40 and required reading glasses. Without batting an eyelid, I would say that they are the best Optical store in Chembur.
