Worst online experience! Their website design team must be sacked! I was hoping to look through their website and book a trip for end of the year. Every 2 minutes, there was a popup asking me to call a number or give my details. Ironically, the 'Need Help' pop ups were too much of an annoyance, I closed the site because I couldn't stand them. All I wanted to do was look at the trip options/details peacefully! If they can't provide a decent online experience, how are they going to arrange a full fledged tour?

this is for this who in their wildest dreams may think of ever opting for this travel group, my advice- DONT! 2 weeks before the trip the woman only trip is converted to a mixed group. 5 days prior to departure you are asked to sheel pout exorbitantly high charges for single occupancy as on their woman traveller's has backed out and so they have odd number of women so room sharing is not working out economical for them. they threaten you to pay or they will cancel your trip, You will end up paying flight cancellation charges on your own. Even if you try to salvage the situation coz at all fronts its you who is losing, and find another lady frend to go with you on changed dates, they will make the booking process and documentary requirements so tedious and frustrating that you will wonder why did I ever book this trip. Wish I could rewind time- and never have opted for going with this group, which carries the Coxandkings legacy so to speak but shows you its true colors in no time. Totally avoidable, many other, better, woman only groups in the market, opt for them instead.
