Service not good. They ask the customer to take their own cylinder. Delivery not on time.

Fantastic service here at ulwe office. If you have all required documents and money you can easily get your gas connection in a day. Change of address or any updation in your book is just a 10-15 min job. In case of emergency staff give you full support and try their best to deliver you a refill on the spot. In normal case also you will get your delivery within 24 hour. I am customer here since last 1 year and I am very with their service.

Worst service and pathetic staff. My cylinder wasnt delivered and still I got the text stating it's been delivered. 2nd time in row delivery boy sold by cylinder to someone else in black and I am wasting my time calling agency and following it up with employees who are least bothered to rectify their fault.
