I have been here for my CAT interviews, so I will write a review from that point of view. It is a comfortable place with many rooms. It has AC which is a must in the hot Mumbai weather. It is near the sea and a little far away from Dadar railway station. You can come by cab. Walking takes around 15-20 minutes. As it is centrally located, it is easily accessible. Overall a good place.
