Would give it zero stars if possible. The staff is rude and service is pathetic. Gave something to be made 2 months and ago and they are still not able to get it right despite showing a photo of what EXACTLY was wanted. Archana (from Mulund branch) claimed she remembered all the customisation required but gave a completely different product from what was asked for. Would never recommend anyone to trust their jewellery with them. Keep away from this store.

The service of the shop is pathetic. When you buy some jewelry from here they promise that they will repair it if it's damaged. But when you actually come back to get it repaired, they say it can't be done and make a new one. Highly pathetic service. It is not consumer friendly and only is a money oriented makers. Do not buy any jewelry from here.

Most pathetic jewellers I had ever visited. Rude staff force u to make heavy jewelry to increase ur cost n making charges. Rudly staff They think at if they are great. Designs I came across all of my grandma age pathetic shop ever. Don't go here to buy a silver item also. All good reviews are paid review . Don't waste ur money n gold from this pathetic store.
