It is one of the most oldest and renowned hospital in Mumbai. It almost has every medical facilities those are there to offer. Mostly poor and middle class class people come here for treatment. This hospital charge very nominal fees for treatment. They also have residential doctors and nurses. People from all over India come here to acquire budget treatment. Hence the load on hospital staff is very huge. They are mostly understaffed. One can see very low hygiene levels, littering and spitting all over place.
