This review is for aadhar update center not kotak Mahindra Bank. Please don't book your aadhar appointment here.Operator is not present since last 3 days. Also don't book banks as aadhar center. Go to post office instead upon prior contacting them for aadhar enrollment/update hours and procedures followed there.

Hopeless people. In the time of lockdown they are no accessible though all banks are open including Kotak. Trains are not working thand these people want we to talk to brainless robot on phone. Kamchor log. Lockdown opens and I will shut my account first.

Worst banking experience from the branch. I have applied for current account and its been more than one week still they have not open it. Every time they give different answer as if they are opening a account first time.
