Avenue D laxmi housing in virar west global city. It is a Worst place and project to buy the flats in virar west, global city area. No proper service by the builder staff after sales, very arrogant staff, worst after sale service, pathetic security guard staff, construction quality is more then worst. Only tanker boring water that to dirty, smelly punget, no municipal water supply. Cleanliness is also not maintained in the colony. Worst place for investment to. Felt like made worst mistake of my life by buying flat in this project. Even this project is also no Rera registered, if you say them that you will do complaint in RERA, they directly say go and complaint, we don't fear to such threats as this project is not under MahaRERA registration, Never suggest anyone to buy or invest in this project. so want to give them -zero rating.

Worst service..If you are planning to buy a flat in their Avenue D, Global City, Virar project then DONT...Their build quality is pathetic and on top of that they have worst after sales services and irresponsible executives..I wish if their could have been a minus star rating, because they dont even deserve ONE!
