What a refreshing change?? I’m so pleasantly surprised today... Have been a regular customer with this store and today I was serviced by Mr.Sunny Hardwaria.. the call was so positive that I genuinely felt this man is there just for your needs.. He was so warm on the call that I ended buying 3 bottles instead of 1.. Appreciate your attitude towards work Sunny and May God bless you with all the success in your life ahead.. Keep up the good work..

Very unprofessional. Order didn't arrive. Granted its a pandemic! But please have the courtesy to answer calls and inform, even if you will deliver after 10 days! at least pick up and answer, they switched off all phone numbers and WhatsApp messages have no response. Now even if the order arrives i will not accept it. Don't commit if you can't deliver and don't bother masking your incompetent 3rd class services giving reasons of lockdown restrictions!

I would not give even 1 star for the fact that i didn't received delivery of my order even after 4 days and still awaiting. Very unprofessional. Can understand the current pandemic situation, but please have the courtesy to answer calls and inform the real picture rather than giving diplomatic answers which we normally hear from leaders. Do not give WhatsApp numbers if you are not responding to any of the messages, and then when confronted about it got to hear that there are thousands of messages on it and cant respond to it so do not provide WhatsApp as a means to communicate if you are not equipped to do so. Don't commit if you can't deliver and don't bother masking your incompetent 3rd class services giving reasons of lockdown restrictions!

Wouldn't even give a star because have got no response from anywhere.... Tried all medium of communications and all my friends also haven't got orders delivered yet even being more than 10days...dont deliver if can keep up wigh the flow.... Also have courtesy to apologize

this is a fake and fraudulent website. Have lost a huge amount because of their fraud. Unfortunately multiple FIRs have been lodged against them since months still i am shocked that this website is still up and running. This says a lot about the efficiency of Indian cyber security cells and police force.

The worst place to order liquidz. They take your orders very proudly as they will serve immediately but you end up chasing for days n days still there is no delivery. When you intend to reach out to customer service there is no response from them, even if they respond 1 out of 10 times they end up making false promises. A big mood spoiler service. Don't go for it.

Worst ever. They dont know how to manage the things. They take orders but they dont deliver. I dont know where on earth are all these pending orders piling up. Boycott them. They are unprofessional.
