Although I'm happy with the outer Hardcover quality and print but not satisfied with the promises they offered for book binding. Pros: 1 star for outer cover quality, 1 star for polite service & 1 star for quick work Cons: The sample book they showed me had a red cloth glued to the spine for extra strength which will last a long time (see red circle pics) But mine wasn't having any such binding (see green circle pic). -1 star for poor binding Although we paid 1.5 for printing each paper (others were asking for 1) yet we got poor quality printing carbon lines all over the book) (red arrow pic) -1 star for poor paper print.
