Had booked 20 seater AC traveller from Borivali to Panvel. 1. Owner was hesitant to sent pics of the traveller and promise to sent good condition traveller. 2. When it arrived traveller was in pathetic condition. No proper seats with handles broken. 3. AC was not working properly in the afternoon and AC vents were broken. 4. Bus wasnt sanitised as promised. 5. Bus wasnt cleaned. Wrappers were all around seats and in luggage keeping area. 6. As discussed extra allowance was after 12 am and we returned at 12.01am and the driver was asking for the same after such a pathetic experience. These are reasons for giving 1 star
