Its the most unpleasant salon to visit . Had gone for a pedicure , where the beautician was just a intern had no clue how to go about the treatment . Another beautician named Soni was instructing her and almost yelling at her on top of her voice . No sense of hygine none of the pedicure equipment were washed before or after the pedicure . They just dip the equipment in water and tada they are read to use .

Most unprofessional salon . The staff is clueless about how they should provide services , they don't even know what treatment the salon offers nor the rates . When I asked for their rate chart , the did not even have one . No bills are give , no rate Chart the place is absolute mess . Had come for a loreal hair spa . The did not even show the product , I think they just used a normal conditioner. Will never ever visit again .

This salon is one of the worst in Santacruz west . Rude staff , no at all clean . They don't even have proper washroom facilities . Had gone for hair colour and they used a duplicate colour instead of loreal , they don't use any original product but the service are highly prized. I got an allergic during the treatment to which the beauticians say that it is very normal. They don't even do a patch test before . Pathetic salon .
