I paid them Rs 5775 on 20th Jan 2019 for handicapped tricycle. I was initially committed a date of 24th Jan, then 27th Jan and so on. First he said that he is not finding a person for delivery. On Feb 15th he realised that colour of the cycle is wet. He did not refund my money despite repeated requests, even after saying that he will do it if he is unable to deliver the cycle. He didn’t make any written commitment. It indicates that he had intentions to cheat me. Unfortunately indiaMart, couldn’t get my money refunded. So, don’t deal with Natrajan surgicals. Take care while dealing with IndiaMART vendors.
