Clueless Champ

Branch - Charni road Pros - good trainers - good machines Cons - impoilte rude management, neha is just in her own air, not at all supportive staff. Not so good diets. Money oriented people

A very professional fitness clinic located at Tardeo. They have qualified dieticians to take care of medical problems of every individual. The trainers are well certified to take care of needs of special population as well. The slimming therapies are a great perk for people who want to shed their fats in less time.

The gym branch I visited was at charni road. The trainers are amazing no doubt about that. But the management is extremely money minded and annoying. Case example 1 - They forced me to upgrade my membership to PT otherwise they woudnt support me a bit with anything. Case example 2 - My building was sealed and that very day I informed them that I wouldn't be able to make it for 14 days, they said okay that they have freezed my thing. On 15th day, when I called them they said yes you can visit for 8 more days. Just when I was about to go they called and said that if you renew your membership you can extend otherwise you cannot. Case 3 - I had one doubt regarding my diet so obviously neha ma'am with her flying attitude did not have the time even while sitting right there, so this other nutritionist was assigned, she couldn't asnwer my doubt at all and said everything else. Then I read that they give 1 free diet consultation with PT but then they said sorry yours is already done. Like that wasn't a diet consultation. They do not let you use extra cardio machines if you feel the need to. The staff except the trainers is not really professional. So inshort - extremely money minded, not so helpful once memership is taken, and actually irritating for reminding you just after 15days of you joining to upgrade. Edit: Reply to your reply - 1. I have the call recording of calling your management and informing about cancelling the diet consultation, there was no free consultation provided 2. NO one expected free PT, but unfortunately your own trainers suggested us different gyms, you please look into your loyalty programs and treatments. 3. Yes we were forced for an upgrade and extra pricing which I had even called Bhavesh, have the recording for the same. 4. Membership extension, your very own staff called me that I could join till 23rd, want call recording?

Impolite and rude management, tardeo centre. Bhavesh and Neha are just helpful when we take the membership otherwise not at all. Quite not sure about their policies. First they say something while joining and then something else when already bought the membership. Not happy. Waste of money.

Great place with a nice ambience. Very warm staff. The exercises are very personalized and result oriented. My results were remarkable. I lost 19 kgs in 3 months and still going strong. Would definitely highly recommend this place to all who are serious about fitness.

A very ethical company, I came across in this pandemic period. Only Gym to give extension in my membership after the lockdown and they are also giving online diet and exercise support during this lockdown period, which is like bonus considering the extension after the lockdown. Waiting to hit the Gym the moment they start! Missing my workout and lovely trainers.
