Had booked cab for first time through One Side Taxi from Mumbai to Panchgani. Ride was good and hassle free.Driver was available for pickup at exact time mentioned. But, customer support needs improvement. Needs to be transparent and clear about the exact ride fare. When I called them for enquiring about the fare, I was not told about the extra pick up charges. Either it should be included in the fare charges mentioned on website while booking or the customer service execute should clearly specify them on call. Also, they should have enquired about the number of bags I was carrying, since they were going to send a CNG cab which does not have space for luggage.

We had booked for a trip from Surat to udaipur. The overall journey was great. Reached within time. The driver was courteous and he wore mask throughout the journey. He even reached at the pick up location before time. And we even got a free upgrade to a SUV car. Special thanks to Pratika for coordinating everything. Would recommend one side taxi for road trip during this pandemic.
