High quality of care. I've been a customer of Optical Stop for two years now and apart from being impressed by how efficient they run their business, I've always found their prices reasonable and them friendly and extremely helpful. So, good customer service and reasonably priced. But what keeps me a customer – because good customer service should be expected and there's always a cheaper option – is the high quality of the care they provide. I am a designer and I trust them with the health of my eyes, I can't say better than that.

Amazing service - the best opticians I've ever been too. All the staff are very helpful and want the best for you, and the opticians take the time to explain everything and answer your questions. A really great selection of frames too - love my new glasses, and now I wear glasses all the time rather than contact lenses! Thanks all!
