I had contacted the owner Mr.Dhaval many months ago confirming if he'd offer his male maltese as a stud for my female. After he had confirmed it enthusiastically, i had stopped my search. My female has reached 5 yrs, and i have desperately wanted her to have one litter for my family before it becomes dangerous to breed her. When i finally texted him as she was on heat he completely stopped replying to my msgs. Now her heat will pass and having trusted you i lost more precious time. Please take commitments more seriously or atleast respectfully reply to msgs declining the same.
