Very rude sales representative , don’t respect & value customers orders . If there is a delay in order and we question them about the update , they directly tell you “ yes there is a delay & do you want to cancel your order “ wow !! They have some attitude .. in last one month I have ordered worth Rs 12k & they don’t care & value about my biz ! I hope the management reads this .. may be it doesn’t make a difference to the sales girls Sarah & Roshni but definitely to the management ! You lost good customers and business because of your rude & taken for granted attitude .

Most amazing bath and self care products around. If you're not one to spend a fortune at Kama Ayurveda and other luxury brands but want great natural products, Roots to Roses is the place to go. I've been buying their stuff since years now. Other body washes, creams and shampoos don't match up. Their products are mostly aloe vera based and use natural extracts that are easy on the skin and helped me greatly with my skin conditions. My favorites are their coffee body wash and scrub, amla and coconut shampoos, and their rose and activated carbon soaps. If you have sensitive skin or hair, or just like your products free of harmful chemicals, check this place out. You won't be disappointed.

I am in love with all the products I have bought - my favourite one is the charcoal pack and algae pack. I love the glass packaging of the product making it environment friendly and the bottles can be returned to the retailer and reused along with a discount on each return. The best part of the products is that the natural ingredients are visible in the products ..... you can’t miss the chocolate face pack!

Roots to Roses clearly has something interesting going on for its existing and future customers. The products are fresh, unique, friendly to the skin and reasonably priced for most pockets.
