Chooomantar - Gotta play ‘em all!

I went over there on 05/12/2020! This staff is the most unprofessional one I have seen! Firstly, they made me wait for 1 hour unnecessarily, so I had the time to observe everything that they were doing. The staff will only wear their mask when they sit down to assist you. When they go out or around the store, they do not wear masks, which in my opinion is very dangerous in that area, since it is a mall! Then, the staff there gave me wrong information regarding my mobile warranty which later got cleared by contacting their online support! Extremely impolite people. This store is the reason why I prefer Apple over Samsung. I would suggest getting a home pickup instead of visiting this nightmare!

the staff over there are just not worth to be in samsung all the time they joke around and they are not even helpful while we tell them our problem regarding our handsets and other query they are just busy in chit chats and even those service centre doesn't pickup the call when we want to reach them
